"I used to be a chef and I actually loved it. But the compensation combined with the stressful hours was not sustainable for me. For me, it was not easy to make the change, but I can say now after 2 years of hard work, I do live a life of complete remote freedom. Some people say that’s a long time I put into it…But to me, going to school for 5 years and then not even being guaranteed work after is not only longer, but more risky. The only regret I have is not starting sooner.
